Victoria handled my order professionally and supportively throughout the placement process. The food consistently meets expectations. I strongly recommend this location—and genuinely all of them.

Experience can best be described as cool staff getting shot in the foot with cheap ingredients and cost cutting being done by Cottage Inn at a franchise or corporate level. The dough is the biggest issue. It does not eat like real pizza dough, and has the same crumbly, tough but not crispy shell effect that comes from cheap par baked or frozen dough that you couldn’t bake correctly if you tried. Fell apart in my hand, also kinda backing up being frozen, or some crazy cheap ingredients. Toppings tasted like Sysco, but it’s been like that for awhile now. And like, I’ve been eating Cottage Inn since I was a kid, but I also just don’t need to keep spending money on this I guess.

For lunch, I pre-ordered a salad for takeout using their app. When I arrived at the store, there were 2 people in front of me and it didn't take long to reach the counter. At the counter, I expected them to quickly retrieve my order and then be on my way (since I pre-ordered). For some reason it took them several minutes to locate my order. Although the pickup took longer than it should have, I still gave the restaurant a 4 star rating because their salads are usually good. I like the many customization options there are when ordering a salad. I've had their pizza before and its usually decent.

Ordered online, when we got they're they said it would be another 10-15 minutes for our order. It took 45 minutes for the order to get done. The pizza was still doughy in the middle and had the wrong ingredients.
